DECIMATED : TAXI B

Another variation of the police sedan car for DECIMATED.
It makes sense to reuse the assets designed and built for the game and reconfigure them into something else.
This version is a flying taxi cab.
The rotating VTOL lifters will be pretty easy to swap with the original taxi wheels.
